Optipe MultiMail - Send Excel Worksheets
With Send Excel Worksheets application of Optipe MultiMail send to each recipient of an address list a customized email with a worksheet as an attachment.

Use this application to:
- Send information monthly budget status to each unit, cost center or city.
- Dispatch each customer their pay statements or invoices.
- Report monthly management reports to the head of each unit.
- Send a delinquency status of clients responsible for collection.
- Inform your school teachers or university professors the semester class schedule.
Features:
- The name of each sheet should match a field of the address list (in this example is the "City" field).
- The data must be written exactly in the field of the address list as the name of each sheet.
- If there is not a sheet corresponding to a recipient from the list, to that recipient is not sending mail.
- You can attach one sheet per recipient. If a recipient has more than one related sheet, add as many times as needed in the address list.
- If you do not want to send to a recipient from the list, simply hide the corresponding row in the address list.
- Add more recipients in the To, Cc, or Bcc fields, separated by semicolons.
- Optionally, you can send the same file to all recipients, for example a document with instructions or an image (jpg or png).
